Scott joined Atlassian in 2019 through the AgileCraft acquisition. As the former Chief Product Officer, he led the product organization and gained valuable experience in Professional Services and Marketing. Currently, Scott serves as the Head of Solutions in Sales, where he leverages his deep business and technical expertise to drive commercial outcomes through solution value, capability, architecture, and integrations.
A seasoned executive, Scott excels in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. He enjoys engaging with customers and actively participates in sales conversations to provide unique value, rather than taking a passive approach. When he's not solving complex problems, Scott enjoys spending quality time with his family, attending school events, or hitting the golf course.
Scott Blacker

Rick has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, primarily as a senior individual contributor. He began his career as an engineer in the early days of Silicon Valley companies such as SGI and Netscape. He then moved on to larger enterprise companies such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Montgomery Securities, and Merrill Lynch, where he gained extensive experience in engineering large-scale, highly distributed systems with high-security requirements.
Rick founded several startups as CTO, where he focused on enterprise systems management and optimization, behavior-based security, virtual machine hyper-scale, and cloud management technologies. He went on to become Chief Architect at Intuit before joining Atlassian, initially as the Chief Architect, and more recently as the Field CTO. Rick is passionate about designing and solving large-scale systems and mentoring others.
In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his two daughters, building custom classic cars, and boating.
