Shaun's expertise in IT Service Management is backed by over 20 years of experience. Shaun has transitioned from owning and growing a thriving IT Managed Services company, with a revenue range of $1M to $24M, to specialising in delivering innovative software from the range of product sets offered by Kaseya/Datto as a former end user.

Shaun is the Vice President of Business Development in Asia Pacific for Kaseya/Datto and manages the relationship between MSPs to help them grow their businesses and develops long-term partnerships with the foresight of helping MSPs scale.

Shaun is a well-known industry subject matter expert with applied business accruement in the MSP IT community; his career has led him to guest speak within the Australian and New Zealand channel communities, where he participates in business conferences and meetings with vendors and suppliers.
