His expertise spans systems architecture, infrastructure management, and building high-performance teams.
Dimitri Butko
Dmitry is a Security Strategy leader Microsoft Small Medium Enterprise and Channel in Asia. With his regional focus, he possesses wealth of insight on cyber security across Asia with firsthand experience helping customers secure their environments, recover and respond to attacks and be more resilient with expanding attack surfaces.
Dmitry has a diverse career spanning engineering, sales, business development, partner practice building, and even a CISO roles across partner, customer and vendor organisations.
In cyber security, Dmitry is a strong proponent of structured ‘no-nonsense’ approach with experience of taking an organisation through initial ISO27001 certification and audit. He is passionate about educating customers of importance of adopting security frameworks and is fascinated about cyber security regulations adopted by countries around the world that are focussed on increasing organisations cyber resilience (such as USA’s EO 14028, Australia’s SOCI and EU NIS2 to name a few).
