Overview:

Help stress-test our newly developed framework for EHS reliability, benchmark your organization against it, and leave with a strategy to increase your operational performance in EHS.

Before the roundtable, you'll receive a Reliability Benchmarking Worksheet to complete in advance:

a self-assessment against the current reliability indicators in each pillar, so we can blind-analyze the reliability in the room with average scores against each section of the framework.

During the roundtable, we move through four things:

1. The framework: we introduce the foundational pillars we believe drive reliable, predictable EHS performance, and the specific indicators underneath each one

2. The challenge: we open the model up for debate. Are these the right pillars and reliability indicators? Should anything be added, split or removed? You help pressure-test the framework, not just receive it

3. The think tank: working pillar by pillar, we brainstorm new reliability indicators together, drawing on what's actually working across the room

4. The benchmark: we turn to your scores. All comparisons are blind, no participant sees another's individual result, but we surface the group's highest score on each pillar and use it as a working benchmark for the conversation, along with the best practices behind it

Low incident rates feel like proof that your EHS program is working.

Though that may be true, low rates can also be proof of low engagement, inadequate risk knowledge and luck. A reliable organization isn't one that avoids getting hurt, it's one with real visibility into its own risk, built into how the business actually runs.

This roundtable puts that idea in front of a room of EHS executives, not as a lecture, but as a working session. We introduce the framework, put it under pressure, and then measure where each of you stands against it.
