Natassja Savidge
Natassja, a native of the United States, found her way to New Zealand just before the COVID-19 pandemic began, bringing with her a diverse educational and professional background. With a degree in marketing, Natassja initially delved into the technical realm through writing SQL queries. Her passion for data visualisation and process automation soon followed, leveraging tools such as Tableau and Python.

Her journey with Inde began blending marketing and technical roles, where she quickly demonstrated her expertise and passion for automation. This led to her transition to a full-time position on the Integration & Automation team. Her commitment to continual learning and creative problem-solving culminated in her current role as the Technical Director, where she leads the team in solving customer problems and improving processes through low-code integration and automation solutions.

Outside the professional sphere, Natassja is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Residing on the picturesque West Coast with her husband, their dog, and two cats, she indulges in hiking, camping, bow hunting, spearfishing, and packrafting, amongst other outdoor activities. This love for nature and adventure reflects her energetic and forward-thinking approach, both in her personal life and her career.
Chris Beckett
As Technical Director of Data Intelligence and Architecture at Inde, Chris Beckett brings a decade of specialised experience in retail technology ecosystems spanning ecommerce, national infrastructure, and logistics. Chris has established himself as an authority in Data Platforms, Data Strategy, and Integration solutions, with particular expertise in implementing Microsoft Fabric across international environments.
Chris is a Microsoft Certified Data Engineer who has successfully led complex data transformations, including the consolidation of three international brands into a unified data platform operating across six continents. His practical approach to technology implementation focuses on measurable business outcomes, having implemented predictive analytics solutions for workforce management that demonstrably reduced overstaffing while improving on-time delivery performance.

At this roundtable, Chris will share insights from his firsthand experience with international Microsoft Fabric implementations and expertise with Databricks ecosystems. Drawing on his success in integrating machine learning capabilities into enterprise environments, Chris will explore pragmatic strategies for leveraging the Microsoft technology stack through DevOps and ancillary services to rapidly achieve minimum viable products with clear return on investment.

Hilary Walton
Hilary Walton is a director and a CTO for her customers at Microsoft. Prior to this she was CISO of the Kordia Group. She has a diverse background in psychology, ICT, risk management, and security and has worked for organisations such as Mi5 and the 2012 Olympics and Paralympic Games held in London.

Hilary is currently an independent member of the Christchurch City Council’s Audit and Risk Management Committee, and she was previously on the board of Regenerate Christchurch.
Hilary is also an author, having written a book on security culture. She is a digital influencer who is passionate about sharing digital culture ideas through her YouTube show and podcast called "Digital Culture Ideas". She can be found on various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), and TikTok as @HilsWalton
