Beyond ROI to Business Necessity

5th of November 2026

QT Hotel - Perth

12:00 - 3:00 PM (AWST)

Overview:

As AI moves from experimentation into enterprise-wide adoption, C-level leaders face a defining strategic question: how do you measure the value of AI when its role is shifting from productivity enhancer to business-critical capability?

Join Epic IT and Microsoft at this exclusive, invite-only executive roundtable, bringing together senior decision makers to explore how organisations can move beyond narrow ROI measures and approach AI as a strategic enabler of resilience, innovation and competitive advantage.

1. Rethinking AI value beyond traditional ROI measures

2. Embedding AI into everyday workflows, processes and decision-making

3. Exploring the role of automation, personal productivity and agentic AI in business transformation

4. Balancing innovation with security, governance, compliance and risk management

5. Building an AI strategy that aligns technology investment with business outcomes and organisational resilience

This is a timely opportunity for executive leaders to step back from day-to-day AI activity and consider the bigger strategic question:

whether AI is still a technology investment to justify, or a business necessity to embed. With seats limited to preserve the quality of discussion, early registration is encouraged for decision makers who want to learn from their peers and shape a more confident, practical and strategic approach to AI adoption.

Over lunch in a focused peer-discussion format, this event will create space for open, strategic conversation on the evolving role of AI in business.

Attendees will hear from Microsoft and peers, share perspectives on adoption challenges and opportunities, and explore how AI can simplify work, unlock new operating models and strengthen long-term business resilience.
